How a work order moves
A job isn't complete when the contractor leaves. It's complete when the photos, paperwork and your requirements all check out.
Receive
We review the scope, deadline and your client-specific rules before anything goes out.
Assign
We match the job to a vetted local contractor by trade, location and availability.
Track
We follow up until the work is done and flag delays before they become missed deadlines.
Check
We review photos and documentation against your requirements and send back anything incomplete.
Report
You get a clean submission and invoice, ready for your records or your client.
For property managers
One point of contact for field work instead of chasing individual contractors.
- Work orders handled to your SLAs and photo standards
- Your rules kept separately for each portfolio
- Clear status updates and escalation when something changes
For contractors
We're building our Ohio contractor network and want reliable local crews and tradespeople.
- Clear scopes and deadlines on every job
- Agreed rates and payment terms up front
- We'll ask for a W-9, proof of insurance and any trade licenses
About Bastion Fieldworks
Bastion Fieldworks LLC is an Ohio limited liability company that coordinates property maintenance and preservation work for property managers and property owners.
Our founder comes from U.S. property preservation operations, with hands-on experience in vendor management, work-order coordination, photo review and quality control. We built Bastion around what that work taught us: most problems in the field come from unclear scopes, slow follow-up and incomplete documentation, so that's what we manage most closely.
